Your Perfect Day on Super 8 film.

Super 8 has an organic warmth and beauty - a “retro” grainy and textured look, perfect for preserving your wedding memories. Film is more forgiving, and therefore more flattering, and there is a richness and depth that video cannot create. Super 8 comes in 50ft rolls, each roll providing 3 minutes of footage. Therefore the film stock has to be used more judiciously than video, ensuring that only the best moments of the event are covered, rather than a lengthy record of every detail.

Once the footage is shot it will be sent away, developed and transferred onto DVD, and then edited into a 5 minute film set to a piece of music of your choice. The final product will be mastered on DVD. Atmospheric dust scratches, grain and grit, all of super 8's charm coupled with the modern convenience of DVD. We film with a vintage camera, but carry out the post production with all the modern digital techniques available in a digital studio.

Each film will be unique, a small work of art individually crafted and will be an atmospheric and everlasting record of the couple's Perfect Day.
